Cruise Side by Side is an independent cruise content brand. We publish written reviews, guides, blogs, and videos about cruising, along with product recommendations and partner content. We are not a cruise line, travel agency, or tour operator, and we do not sell, book, or administer cruises or travel.

Our reviews and recommendations reflect our own experiences and opinions at the time of publication. They are not professional travel, financial, medical, legal, or insurance advice, and they are not a guarantee of what you will experience.

We also produce sponsored and partner content. Our honesty policy is simple: if a product or brand is not right for our audience, we pass. Compensation never buys a positive review, and we disclose material relationships as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
